Membership Levels
Annual Membership - $145
Term: 1 year
This membership level includes unlimited access to the Central Wisconsin Children's Museum and drop-in programs for up to 6 humans for 1 year.
Members do not need to reside in the same household nor be related.
Individual Add-On: $20 per adult, $10 per child

CWCM + ACM reciprocity Annual Membership - $200
Term: 1 year
This membership level includes unlimited access to the Museum and drop-in programs for up to 6 humans for 1 year.
Members do not need to reside in the same household.
PLUS reduced admission to other ACM registered children’s museums.
Individual Add-On: $20 per adult, $10 per child

This membership level includes admission to CWCM for two named adults and up to 6 grandchildren.

Quarterly Membership- $45
Term: 3 Months
This membership level includes unlimited access to the Museum and drop-in programs for up to 6 humans for 3 months beginning from enrollment. Members do not need to reside in the same household nor be related.

Term: 6 months
This membership level includes unlimited access to the Museum and drop-in programs for up to 5 humans in the home for 6 months. All primary members must reside in the same residence. Additional family members can be added for $10 per person.
Families must register at the museum and have their WIC folder or Foodshare card and photo I.D. present to sign up for this membership.

Term: 6 months
This membership level includes unlimited access to the Museum and drop-in programs for up to 5 humans in the home for 6 months. All primary members must reside in the same residence. Additional family members can be added for $10 per person.
Families must register at the museum and have their WIC folder or Foodshare card and photo I.D. present to sign up for this membership.

Blue Star Membership - Free for Active Military Families
Term: Expires July 4th the following year
This membership level includes unlimited access to the Museum and drop-in programs for up to 2 adults and all children in the home for 6 months. All primary members must reside in the same residence.
Families must register at the museum and have their military I.D. present to sign up for this membership. Part of the Blue Star Museums program presented by National Endowment For The Arts and Blue Star Families.
