If you and your family visit the Museum four or more times during the year, then a membership is for you! 
We hope you join our Museum family!
 
Memberships include:
  • unlimited admission to CWCM - including Art for Little Fingers, Spanish, Toddler Music, and more!
  • reduced fees/admissions to special programs and events
  • a 10% discount on birthday parties
  • 2 guest passes for one time use only to share with friends
  • Subscription to Museum’s Newsletter
  • Household family members, stepparents, grandparents, other close relatives, and/or caregivers may be named on a membership. 
Basic Membership
$48 for up to 4 persons
$60 for 5 persons
$72 for 6 persons

Plus Membership - $100*
Includes the benefits above for up to 7 named members PLUS FREE admission to over 150 other Children’s Museums nationwide including Madison, Fox Cities, Green Bay, LaCrosse, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Chicago and more!  An incredible value!
*A portion of a Plus Membership is tax deductible.  The tax deductible donation equals the $100 membership fee minus the amount that the family would pay for a basic membership. 
 
Contributing Membership - $150 and up*
Includes all benefits of the Plus Membership and additional benefits as desired by the donor. Benefits may include memberships to give or donate, guest passes, birthday parties and more. Contributing members are recognized in the Museum's Donor Window and newsletter. Contact the CWCM's Executive Director for more information.
*A portion of a Contributing Membership is tax deductible.  The tax deductible portion equals the membership donation minus the amount that the family would pay for a basic membership. 
 
 
Summer Membership - $24 and up
Summer member families receive all regular member benefits including unlimited admissions to the Children’s Museum throughout the summer months. Summer of 2007 memberships are valid May through September 2.  (summer membership form)
