  Reading First!Reading First! encourages everyone to "Read with someone 20 minutes each day." This group of collaborative partners (including the Stevens Point Area School District, local libraries, the Stevens Point Catholic Schools, CWCM, and other interested community volunteers) chooses books for a “community read” twice a year. The group also plans book giveaway events and author visits in cooperation with the school district. CWCM has become Reading First!’s link to children in preschool or younger and their families. For more information on Reading First! call 715-345-5445.
The current community read books is available for purchase at Bookfinders, Book Look, and Book World, all in Stevens Point.
