CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Experience offering excellent customer service and working with children is a must. An emphasis in early childhood education is preferred. Candidate must be organized, outgoing and positive with strong problem solving skills.
Experience in housekeeping methods and equipment. Knowledge of cleaning supplies. Customer service and cash handling experience a plus. Must be detail oriented, dependable, able to work without direct supervision, and take pride in your work.

The most immediate impression of the Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum is based on the cleanliness of our facility. As a member of our housekeeping staff your work is critical to ensuring that the impression is positive. Work will include vacuuming, cleaning windows, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing toilets and sinks, restocking supplies, trash disposal, secure the building upon departure and other duties as assigned.
Secondary responsibilities will include back up for education facilitators including assisting visitors, cash handling, answering phones, resetting exhibits and leading programs.
